This workstream explores how to work together to support projects that address climate change, and biodiversity and habitat loss with intellectual capital.

Workstream highlight:
One million hours for the planet
Legal Charter 1.5 firms work closely with the One Million Hours project, an initiative to generate intellectual capital from across the legal sector to support not-for-profit organisations working to mitigate and address climate change and biodiversity loss. Firms can pledge both legal pro bono and skilled volunteering hours, which are then matched with projects from charities, civil society, academia and the not-for-profit sector organisations.

- Community Energy projects
- Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI)
- Undaunted – Undaunted is a hub for the UK’s climate innovation community, creating new routes into green entrepreneurship and supporting the acceleration of startups and SMEs tackling climate change.
